Shipping and Sales Territory

We currently only ship within the United States; however, if you have a special request please email us at atticstair.b.or@gmail.com

Domestically, at this time we can sell to all states except Kansas & Oklahoma, as the sales taxes for online retailers do not line up within our abilities.

 

Order/Processing Time

Our typical processing time is 2-5 business days, unless you have requested a special order. We ship all of our merchandise out of Oregon so shipping time will vary depending on where your package is being sent to.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received this information, please contact us at atticstair.b.or@gmail.com with your name and order number if applicable.

 

If an Item is sold out, or unavailable.

When an item becomes sold out, we will be working our hardest to restock the item. If the item is sold out and becomes unavailable we will have no choice but to discontinue the item from our site.  You can periodically come back to our site and check on availability, or you can contact us and inquire about lead time on an item. 

 

 Returns & Exchanges

 Some items are non-returnable due to the nature of the items such as health & beauty products, and food & beverage items.

In the event that you are displeased with an item, Attic Stair needs to be notified within 14 days of the product’s landing date provided by tracking number, to be considered for a return approval.  If the return is approved, you will receive a pre-approved return authorization.

*Do not ship items back without a pre-approved return authorization.

Return freight is the customers responsibility unless in the event it is otherwise stated with the authorization.
